Instructions:
Apply 7SECONDS Shampoo to wet hair, work into a rich, luxurious lather, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with 7SECONDS Conditioner from roots to ends. Leave in hair for 1 to 3 minutes as needed, then rinse thoroughly. Finally, apply BLOW&SET Lotion to damp hair and comb through to ends. Dry, curl, set, or wave hair with a styling wand or iron to lock in waves.
